Funeral Service for the late Robert “Nikkio Tommy Boy” Charles Outten Jr., 20, of Cockburn Street will be held on Saturday July 14th 2012 11am at Church of God Bernard Road. Officiating will be Rev. Julia Bain assisted by Minister Daniel Hall and interment will follow in the St. Anne’s Cemetery Fox Hill.
