She is survived by her 4 sisters: Betty, Monica & Frances Thompson & Theola Zaritzky; 13 adopted sisters: Mara & Marie Johnson, Susan Thompson, Mattie Emmanuel, Miranda Smith, Jackie Gibson, Patricia Poitier, Beverly Roberts & Shiela Johnson of Nassau; Mildred & Lottie Roberts orf Spanish Wells, Joyce Beach of Mexico & Tridi Poston of Indiana; 1 brother: Zack thompson; 6 adopted brothers: James "Duck" Thompson, Larry Cooper, Charlie McConnel, Tony Roberts of Spanish Wells & Robert McCrae of Montreal, Canada; 4 adopted children: Zemi, Zane & Shani Holland & Renel "Q-T" Garcon; 2 grandchildren: Dario & Darius Gibson; 1 aunt: Augusta Cartweight of Deadmans Cay, Long Island; 29 nieces including: Clarudette Collie & Olivia Zaritzky; 4 nephews including: Midshipman Thomas E. Thompson of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force & Juan Thompson & a host of other relatives & friends.
