Funeral service for Patriarch Marshall Edward Higgs, 106, of Minnie Street & formerly of Bottle Creek, Turks & Caicos Islands, who died on 15th March, 2012, will be held at Zion Baptist Church, East & Shirley Streets, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. T. G. Morrison, assisted by Rev. Anthony A. Sampson & other Associate Ministers, Deacons & Evangelists. Interment follows in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen & Spikenard Roads.
Marshall will forever be remembered by his beloved children: Coral Huyler, Cynthia "Cyprianna" Stubbs, Benson Higgs of Florida, Vincent Higgs of Freeport, Grand Bahama.
Caring grandchildren: Raquel and Andrew Huyler, Terrelle Huyler-Brown, Kim, Kayla, Katisa Stubbs and Kevin Stuart, Kever Stubbs-Rolle of Orlando Florida. Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
