Funeral Service for the late Jean Edelinck Bastien, 81, of 6th Street Grove and formerly of Gros-Morne, Haiti who died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Sunday May 13, 2012 will be held on Saturday May 26, 2012 at 11:00am at The Parish Church of the Most Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Way. Officiating will be Fr. Mark Lindsay-Fox, Assisted by Fr. John Kabiga and Rev’d. Richard Wood. Interment will follow in Southern Cemetery, Spikenard and Cowpen Road.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife: Pedline Bastien; children: Evelyn and Janet Bastien, Jacqueline Augustin, Jemesly and Elie Bastien; brothers: Talma and Weslerman Bastien; grandchildren: Jennifer Ducheine, Katherine Dantes, Joel Dantes, Shara St Til, Jordan Augustave, Cindys Beaucejoux, Bryan Bastien, Erin McKell, Sarielle Augustin, Ethan Augustin; great grand children: Makayla, Christopher, Madison, Freddy, Sean, Sanaa, Cameron, Brandon, Christian; nieces and nephew: Marie Therese, Marc, Benita, Ketly, Armide, Frantz, Michael and Marie Cal Bastien, Jumedelle Beaugeaus Bastien, Marie Jose Beaugelus; other relatives and friends too numerous to mention including: Theresa Williams and family and the Parish Church of the Most Holy Trinity Family.
Viewing will be held in the Halycon Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads, on Friday from 11:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday at the church from 9:30am until service time.
