Funeral Service for Eva Georgianna Smith, age 95 years, of No. 18 Oxford Avenue, formerly of Simms, Long Island, will be held on Saturday November 24th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., at Blue Hill Gospel Chapel, Baillou Hill Road South. Officiating will be Pastor Ricardo Turner, Pastor Edison Rolle and other ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Solider Road.
Left to cherish her memories are: her children: John Smith (Long Island), Janet Thomas (Freeport), Creswell Sturrup, Deborah Sturrup and Karen Neilly; grandchildren: Stephanie Solomon, Pamela Cooper, Monique Smith, Sharon Smith, McKenzie Thomas, Ross, Marvin and Marva Smith, Dawn Clarke, Charlene Elliot, Alex Sturrup, Christophe Sturrup, Kageon and Kasha Neilly and Kimberley Moxey; grandsons-in-law: Wilfred Solomon and Lawrence Cooper; great grand children including: Antoine, Shakera, Sophie and Naomi Smith, Jayala Solomon, Lauren Cooper and Shaquille Knowles; one brother: George Daley (Freeport); sister-in-law: Patricia Daley (Freeport); son-in-law: Spurgeon Neilly; daughter-in-law: Naomi Smith; nieces: Shirley Major, Lillian Gross, Elouise Johnson, Melverne Major, Violet Stuart, Alice Miller, Valerine Miller, Shavamae Morley, Beverley Barnett, Bethamae Thompson, Barbara Romer, Dediree Perpall, Dovrilease Skeete, Patricia Thurston, Virginia, Viola and Emmerine Gray; nephews: Rodrick, McAllen, Colin and Joel Knowles, Clyde and Rodney Miller, Rev. Alvin Gray, Frank Gray, Tyrone and Michael Perpall and Rodney Jolly; numerous grand nieces and great grand nieces; grand nephews and great grand nephews; special friends: Walter and Rowena Darville and family, Mavis Dean and family, Vernice Paul and family, Frank Knowles, Samuel and Mary Gray and Pastor Ricardo and Mary Turner and Alverne King; other relatives and friends including: Englerston- Gospel Chapel and Oxford Avenue families.

Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets on Friday November 23rd, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at the church on Saturday November 24th, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
