Funeral Service for Maurice Vivian Bowe, 51 years of George Town, Exuma, will be held on Saturday November 24th, 2012, 2:30 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, George Town, Exuma. The Rev’d. Fr. Ethan P. J. Ferguson, The Rev’d Paulette Cartwright, The Venerable Keith N. Cartwright Assisted by: Catechist Raymond Carroll will officiate. Interment will follow in the Church’s cemetery.
He is survived by his Wife: Maxine Bowe; Children: Alexis Nicole Walker, Maurice Anthony Bowe, Anita Louise Bowe and Tristan Felix Bowe; Grand-daughter: Nylah Conner; Mother: Marion Louise Bowe; Sisters: Winifred Bowe Ray (brother-in-law: Lawrence Ray), Elaine Bowe-Cumberland (brother-in-law: Terrence Cumberland) and Briany Louise Bowe; Adopted Sisters: Laverne Turtle and Edna Brown; Aunts: Patience Forbes and Geneva Moree; Uncles: William Forbes and Cyril Morley; Nieces: Kristeena Lauren Ray and Jada Alayna Cumberland; Nephews: Andre Maurice Cumberland and Brenton Maurice Bowe; Numerous family members including many beloved cousins and friends including the Bowe family, Forbes family, Saunders family, Nixon family, Ward family, Curry family, Marshall family, Curtis family, Musgrove family, Dames family, Neymour family, Symonette family, Smith family, Nottage family and his many friends throughout the Islands of The Bahamas, and his beloved George Town Community.
Friends may pay their last respects at the church (in Exuma) on Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
