Funeral service for Anna May Bonimy, 65 yrs., a resident of Bamboo Town & formerly of Dumfries, Cat Island, will be held at Golden Gates Out Reach Ministries, Carmichael Road, on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Apostle Kendal Johnson, assisted by Bishop Ros Davis & Pastor Ruth Smith. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, JFK Drive.
Left to mourn and cherished her memories are her children; Cheniqua Gardiner, Delano Smith (adopted son) Danielle Smith (adopted daughter); brother: Wilbert; sisters: Joycelyn Bonimy, Prescola Bonimy and Melony Watson; aunts: Menerva Thompson, Louise Ramsey, Beulah Bonimy; son in law: Derrick Smith of North Carolina; brothers in law: Tyrone Watson and Volvic Derine of Miami, Florida; nephews: Burt Ellis, Terrez Ellis, Kenneth Beneby, Byrant Bonimy, Anwar Bonimy, Arlington Brice, Brenaldo Derine, Kenaz Bonimy, Jasmine Derine, Brandon Derine, Wilbert Bonimy Jr.; nieces: Kaylyn Ward, Demetria Neil, Dewana Wright, Terah Bonimy, Takeelia Bonimy, Kimberley Bonimy; grandnephews: Tayveon Ellis, Kruz Bonimy, Kenneth Bonimy Jr., Justin Ellis, Terrez Ellis Jr., Bradley Brice; grandnieces: Bindique Ellis, Carlisa Reckley, Kenya Smith, Shawna Ellis, Adrianna Owens, Jordyn Bough, Shakera Beneby and Dava Ward; nephews in law: David Ward, Shedrock Neil of Atlanta Georgia and Jamie Owens of Miami Florida.

Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday from 10-12:00 noon & at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
