Funeral Service for Florence Gwendolyn Johnson nee Symonette, age 97 years, of Clarke Lane, formerly of Spring Point, Acklins, will be held on Saturday April 13th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Margaret’s Anglican Church, Kemp Road. Officiating will be The Rev’d Fr. Oswald E. Pinder. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Solider Road.
Left to cherish her memories are her niece and caregiver: Marjorie Culmer and Marjorie’s husband Sidney Culmer; their children; grand children and great grands; her grandchildren: Arthur and Debbie Balfour, Henry, Teresa, Alicia, William, Linda and Erma Balfour; great grand: Delrain Balfour Sr., great-great grand: Delrain Balfour Jr; and a host of other relatives and friends including: friends and neighbors of Clark Lane especially Brian Scott, members of St. Margaret’s church, the Auxiliary and the A.C.W., Fr. Mycklewhyte, Reverend Angela Palacious and many others too numerous to mention.
Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets, on Friday April 12th, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at the church on Saturday April 13th, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
