Funeral service for Paul Stephenson Higgs, 82 yrs., a resident of South Beach Estates, & formerly of Bottle Creek, Turks & Caicos Island, will be held at Bethel Baptist Church, Meeting Street, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Timothy Stewart, assisted by Associate Ministers. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, J.F. K. Drive.
