A memorial service for the late Deborah Mae Ranson, age 53 of Nassau, The Bahamas, who died at her residence, on Sunday, 28th July, 2013, after a long illness, will be held at Ebenezer Methodist Church, East Shirley Street, Nassau, on Saturday, 10th August, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.
Reverend Bill Higgs will officiate.
Debbie was pre-deceased by her daughter, Nicole Gail Ranson.
She was lovingly survived by her daughters, Kimberly Johnson and Michelle Ranson; Son-in-law, Clint Johnson; Grandson, Blake Johnson; Parents, Cedric A. and Mary Lou Saunders; Brother Andrew Saunders, his wife Ingrid and their children, Chelsea, Alex and Madison; Uncles and Aunts, Captain Lester and Patricia Albury, Teddy Albury, Sidney and Norma Albury, Persis Albury and Natalie Saunders; Cousins, Leonard Albury III, Patrice and Stephen Lleida and their daughters, Ashlyn and Amber, Amanda Albury, Dawn Walkine and her children, Tara, Andre and Jasmine, Valerie Neilly, Hope Fischer and her daughter Kristen Scarsellato, Gene Lowe, Gary Lowe and Gaylene Higgs, Mary McCluskey, Judith Bialy and Paul Saunders, Curtis Hodgkins, Margaret Albury and Ann Lowe, Norman Hettle, Michael Semon and family, Linda Albury and family, Jerry Albury and family and many other relatives; Friends, Melinda Russel-Bethel, Kathryn Lightbourn, Christopher Lightbourn and family, Collin Lightbourn and children, Germaine Pinder and her daughters Raquel and Amanda, Freddie Lightbourn, Charlie Lightbourn and family, Helena Lightbourn, Steven Kemp and family, Matt Carey, Miles Lieberman, Anton Sealey, Sheldon Hepburn and many other friends and God Children.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Cancer Society of The Bahamas, P.O. Box S.S. 6539, Nassau or BAARK, P.O. Box S.P. 63961, Nassau, in memory of Ms. Deborah M. Ranson.
The family has requested that everyone wear bright colours.
