Funeral Service for the late Cedieu Fortune age 60 years old of Comfort Street and formerly of Bogne, Haiti will be held on Saturday, March 2nd, 2013 at 11:00am at The Mission Baptist Church, #63 Hay and East Streets. Officiating will Dr. R.E. Cooper, Jr., Pastor. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
Left to cherish his memories is his daughters: Laudley, Elande, Myrland (Nadia) and Linda Fortune; common law wife: Marie Toussaint; adopted son: Edmond St. Louis; adopted sister-in-law: Margret St. Louis; sisters: Lamercie, Marie Esthere’, Dedora Adelsson; brothers: Anthony, Louides and Selesson Adelsson; nieces: Nalene, Malouse and Maretha Jean; nephews: Wesnel and Yonel Volony, Mecene, Maxcehe and Maxcy Fortune; uncles: Cherebin and Deverno Fortune; aunts: Olera, Malisa and Mague Rete Fortune; cousins: Erselia, Corena, Selvanie, Darlene, Esthere’, Jennifer, Melienne, Vanelia, Meribond, Johnny and Alette Fortune; other relatives and friends including: Joseph St. Cyr, Laron Rahming, Jose Ametil, the Souffrant Family, the Joseph Family, the Williams Family, the Oscar Family, Leonice and the Hanna Family, the Benjamin Family, the St. Loxis Family, the Ametil Family, Oral Miller, the staff of the Pain Place and the staff of the Point View Motions and others too numerous to mention.
Viewing will be held in the Halcyon Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and at the church on Saturday from 9:30am until service time.
