Funeral Service for Mr. Leon Minns age 76 of Lumumba Lane and formerly of Harts, Exuma, who died on February 18th, 2013 will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St Paul’s Baptist Church, Bernard Road, Fox Hill. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Ruben Rahming assisted by Rev. Laura Glinton and other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Rd Nassau.
Left to cherish his memories are his daughter: Daphne Minns-Baker two grandchildren: Everette Munroe III and Janyha Baker two sisters: Irene Minns, Clothilda Sands, two adopted sisters: Evangeline Penn and Cynthia Conyers one brother: Aurthur “Sparky” Minns, Vernon four adopted brothers: “Boy” Wilkinson, Sidney “Super” Wilkinson, Franklyn “Danny” Wilkinson and Dwain Wilkinson three Aunts: Emily Rhodriguez, Diana Malone of California, Marlene Smith and Veronica Minns two brothers –in-law: Ivan Conyers and Haywood Duncombe Jr. seven sisters-in-law: Katie Minns of Orlando Florida Betty Ramsey, Peggy Sweeting, Majorie Rahming, Brenda Gaitor Dorothy Major Vernlee Miller and Roslyn Ferguson one godchild: Sandra Harris numerous of nieces and nephews too many to mention. Viewing will be held in the Legacy Suite at Vaughn O. Jones Memorial Center, Mt. Royal Ave. & Talbot Street on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
