A Memorial Service for Mrs. Ada Evelyn Knowles, aged 94 years, who passed away at her residence in Nassau, The Bahamas, on Wednesday, 22nd May, 2013, will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, George Street, Nassau on Monday, 17th June, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. The Very Reverend Patrick L. Adderley, Dean of Nassau, Rector of Christ Church Cathedral, Vicar General of the Diocese of The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands will officiate, assisted by Reverend Father Colin Humes, Priest Vicar, Christ Church Cathedral and interment will follow in Ebenezer Methodist Cemetery, East Shirley Street,Nassau.
Mrs. Knowles was predeceased by her husband, R. Eugene Knowles and her eldest son, Ralph Knowles.
She is survived by her son, Donald Knowles; daughter, Paula Treco; son-in-law, Larry Treco and three grandchildren, Joanne Hayden of England and Ryan and Kevin Treco; two sisters-in-law, Dorothea Dunlop of Florida and Olga Knowles of England; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends, including Tommy and Eileen Mabon and especially her caregivers, Bernice Sinclair, Sandra Felix and Zelpha Hamilton and a special Thank You to Dr. Agreta Eneas-Carey for her concern and care over many years
