Mr. Franklin Jerome “Frankie” Dean Sr. Age 44 years of #19 Ferguson Way, Marathon Estates will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 10am at Kemp Road Ministries, Kemp Road. Rev. Dr. Ivan F. Butler Jr. will officiate and burial will be in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen and Spikenard Roads.
