Funeral service for Cedric Lightbourn, 68 yrs., a resident of #62 Queens Road, Nassau East, will be held at Church of God of Prophecy, 2nd Street & Palm Tree Ave, Coconut Grove, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Chesley Howard Finley. Interment follows in Western Cemetery, Nassau Street.
He is survived by his devoted wife: Ida Louise Lightbourn; son: Cameron; 4 daughters: Caron, Myra, Denise & Dellareese; brothers: Lsaac, Cyril & Jacob Lightbourn; sisters: Catherine McKenzie, Rosalind Williams of California, Monica Williams of Florida & Diana Rolle; grandson: Aiden Munroe; brother-in-law: Charles Rolle, sisters-in-law: Gloria, Louise, Susan & Delereese Lightbourn, Gloria Pritchard & Inez Gibson; nieces: Dion, Claudia, Miranda, Tracey, Cleo, Corine, Erica, Jakemia, Jacovia & Chelsea; nephews: Shawn, Ferdinand, Carlos, Raymond III, Kendall, Esmond & Cyril Jr.; other relatives & friends including: Pastor Chesley finley & the Church of God of Prophecy Yamacraw family, Bishop Delton Fernander & New Destiny Baptist Cathedral family, Reverend Garnet King & Transfiguration Baptist church family & many others too numerous to mention.
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
