Funeral Service For Daniel Ritchie Sr., 76 a resident of Kemps Bay, South Andros will be held on Sunday, September 15th, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Macedonia Seventh Day Adventist Church, Johnson Bay, South Andros. Officiating will be Pastor Asha’Bane Duncan assisted by Pastor Jeremiah Duncombe. Interment will follow in the Kemps Bay public cemetery.
Left to cherish Daniel’s memories are his wife: Rosemary Ritchie; children: Michelle Sands of the Royal Bahamas Police Force, Daniel Ritchie Jr., Kenneth Ritchie and Monique Ritchie Rolle; adopted daughter: Melony Hamilton; stepdaughters: Erica Allen and Leotha Knowles; grandchildren: Fredrick Sands Jr., Fernacha Sands, Macayle Sands, Mayiesha Sands, Dorothea Ritchie, Jaden Campbell, Jordan Ritchie and Jada Rolle; step grandchildren: Kevin, Robia, Brivante, Justin Obrien and Brindia Sands of Farmers Cay, Exuma; sisters: Isadora Symonette of Freeport, Grand Bahama and Eulah Campbell of Florida; sons-in-law: Fredrick Sands Sr. and Sidney Rolle Jr.; mother-in-law: Miriam Sands of Little Creek, South Andros; brothers-in-law: Clement Symonette of Freeport, Grand Bahama, John Campbell of Florida, Clyde, Harold and Jeremiah Lundy, Fredrick Sands, Isaac Johnson of Acklins and Deno Grammatico of Canada; sisters-in-law: Carolyn Stuart, Maryann Rolle, Deloris Miller, Roselea Grammatico, Rebecca and Andrea Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
