Ruby Funeral Service For Terrance Clayton Powell age 55 years of Flamingo Gardens will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 10:30am at Kemp Road Ministries, Kemp Road. Pastor Ivan F. Butler Jr. will officiate and burial will be in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road.
