Funeral service for the late Samuel A. Hepburn, affectionately called “Uncle Foe”, aged 86 years of Nassau and formerly of Sugar Loaf, San Salvador, who died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on the 31st March, 2014, will be held on Saturday, 19th April, 2014, at 9:30 a.m., at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, Bernard Road, Fox Hill. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. J. Carl Rahming, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment follows in Old Trail Cemetery, Abundant Life Road. He is survived by Two Sisters: Rev. Mother Yvonne Johnson and Sally Lundy; One Sister-in-law: Dorothy Knowles; Twenty-one Nieces, Seven Nephews, Numerous Grand Nieces and Nephews; A host of other Relatives and Friends including: Joseph Buchanan, the Staff of the Good Samaritan Home, Charlie and Sophie Major, Berth Deveaux and Rita and the Staff of Male Medical Ward #1 of the Princess Margaret Hospital. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street, off Market and East Streets on Friday, from 1:00 p.m., until 5:00 p.m., then, on Saturday, at the church, from 8:30 a.m., until service time.
