Funeral service for Mayola Gardiner-Williams, age 81 of Pink Cassia Avenue, Garden Hills #2 will be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at. Transfiguration Baptist Church, Market and Vesey Streets. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Stephen Thompson assisted by Rev. Basil Johnson, Elder Jason McPhee and Bishop V.G. Clarke. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Solider Road.
Left to cherish her memories are: 1 Daughter: Dianna “Donna” Knowles; 2 Grandchildren: Cheryl and Renaldo Knowles; 2 Great Grandchildren: Alex and Channah Knowles; 2 Brothers: Anthony and Winston Gardiner; 1 Brother-in-law: Herbert Burns; Numerous Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The body will repose in the Blessed Redeemer Chapel at Ferguson’s Funeral Directors, 7th Terrace Collins Avenue, on Friday from 10:00a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
In celebration of Mayola’s life, bright colors should be worn at the funeral.
