Funeral Service for the Late Albertha Butler, 108 years of #3 Ivanhowe Road West and formerly of Davis Point, Crooked Island, will be held on Wednesday August 20th, 2014, 4:00 p.m. at The Salvation Army, Mackey Street. Major…………will officiate. Interment will follow in the Eastern Cemetery, Shirley Street.
She is survived by three (3) Children: Alice Butler-Mortimer, Errold A. Butler and Gertrude E. Butler-Ferguson; twenty-eight (28) Grandchildren: Anthony, Westmore and Wendel Jr., Kendal and Craig Mortimer, Rosebud Johnson, Bridgett Salaska, Ellery Butler of Georgia, Evelyn Smith, Patsy, Anthony and Curtis Butler, Lisa Worden and Leon Butler (all of New York), Cynthia Butler of West Virginia, Laverne Cartwright, Donneth Moss, Donald Smith, Don Butler and Dionne Michaelson of Canada, Marsha Jones, Wendy Butler -Smith, Terrell, Tracey and Anthony Butler of Nassau, Lynette Smith, Mario and Patrick Ferguson; Numerous great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren and great great great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians, #34 Nassau Street on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and at the church from 3:00 p.m. until service time.
