Funeral service for
Alma-Mae Glinton, 76
a resident of Finlayson Street & formerly of Long Bay Cays, Andros, will be held at Kemp Road Ministries, Kemp Road on Saturday 25th January, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be the Reverend Dr. Ivan F. Butler Jr., assisted by Pastor Emmanuel Butler. Interment follows in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
Left to cherish her memories are her children, one son: Marco Dean; four daughters: Sandra Symonette, Majorie Brown, Christine Glinton and Brezanna Rolle. Twenty-one grandchildren: Desmond Allen, Marco Adderely, Troy Taylor, Sherelle Symonette, Celeste Gilbert, Shantell Brwon, Smantha Brown, Decordray Brown, Delano Brown, Pachino Lundy, Keno Lundy, Mertis McKenzie, Prince Strachan, Precious Glinton, Marcovia Dean, Lyndia Dean, Franklyn Dean, Jr., Ricarla Gordon, Trevor Rolle, Jr., Trevon Rolle. Ten great-grandchildren: Kenderick & Pachino Lundy, Chad Marshall, Jayden Deveaux, Delsworth and Delcarlo Curry, Oscar and Austin Gilbert, Keni Rahming, Cody Symonette. One Great-great grand: Trevor Rolle, III, Three sisters: Delores Tai of Miami, Florida, Pauline McKenzie of Miami, Florida and Sharon Brooks. Brothers in law: Lynden Tai of Miami Florida and Warren Brooks. One son in law: Trevor Rolle; daughter in law: Tamika Dean. One grandson in law: Oscar Gilbert; nieces and nephews: Lyn Wong of Miami, Florida, Lynden Tai of Miami Florida, Carlos Brown of Miami, Florida, Maurice Conliffe, Tara Conliffe, Kenderick Fernander, Eugene Ponchullo Smith, Vashon Smith, Theo Hanna, Kenra Smith, Lequient McKenzie, Elvis Strapp, Taran McKenzie, Dario F. Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-6:00 p.m.on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
