A funeral service for the late Peter Viscount Cartwright, age 67, of Eastern Road, Nassau, The Bahamas, will be held at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Church and Shirley Streets, Nassau, on Friday, 4th July, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
Reverend Angela Palacious will officiate.
Peter was predeceased by his parents, Mitchell and Susanna; brothers, Harley, Algernon and sister, Ena Hillebrandt.
he is survived by his wife, Elva Cartwright; sisters, Bunny Blake, Violet Knowles; brother, Michael Cartwright of Australia; brothers-in-law, Denis Knowles, Leroy Sites; sisters-in-law, Geneva Cartwright, Elaine Cartwright, Toni Cqartwright and Donna Boyd; mother-in-law, Marcia Sites; nephews, Mitch, Llewelyn and Ryan Cartwright, Jimmy Blake III, Monty Knowles, Johnny Hillebrandt; nieces, Donna Maura, Elaine Spector, Kathryn Cartwright, Lisa Moree, Shawn Baker, Denise Dixon, Jody and Stacey Cartwright, Lorraine Cartwright, Lisa Moree, Rheta Hillebrandt, Monique Knowles, Deborah Eppley, Kimberly Vogelsong, Sheila and Shayne Sites, Staria Reisinger and many other family and friends including, Thelma Moree, Helen Papageorge, Nancy Saunders, Yilka Fox, Dimitrois Mekelis, Brenda Lunn and Quintos Forbes and many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. Magnus Ekedede, Dr. Charles Rahming and the staff at Doctors Hospital for the care given to Mr. Peter Cartwright.
Instead of flowers the family request that donations be sent to to the Mitchell/Ekedede Brain Injury Foundation, c/o Baker Tilly Gomez, P.O. Box N. 1991, Nassau in memory of Peter V. Cartwright.
