Funeral Service for Matriach Hesterlean Cleare-Johnson age 83 years of Hanna Road and formerly of Major’s Cay, Crooked Island who died on Sunday, October 12th, 2014 will be held on Saturday, October 25th at 10:00am at Hillside Missionary Baptist Church, Independence Drive. Officiating will be Rev’d Dr. Lockwood Deleveaux, assisted by Other Ministers of Religion. Interment will be made in Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums, John F. Kennedy and Gladstone Road.
Left to cherish her precious memories are her Son: Jonathan Johnson of Fort Pierce Fla.; Daughters: Barbara Deveaux and Rev. Florence Deleveaux; Grandson: Tristan “Boy” Moss; Sons-in-law: Michael Deveaux and Rev’d Dr. Lockwood Deleveaux; Aunt: Esterlean Collie of Chester’s Bay Acklins; Sisters-in-law: Rev. Sylvia Collie, Edna Albury, Myrtle Deveaux, Althea Johnson, Gladys Fox, Kerneva Meadows and Lyn Johnson; Brothers-in-law: Kenneth Johnson and Arthur Albury;
Cousins: Family of the late Zipporah Cleare, Family of the late Louis Ferguson, Children of Esterlean Collie, Children of the late Lorenza Johnson, and Children of the late Joseph Johnson;
Other Relatives and Friends: the Deleveaux family, the Moss Family, the Deveaux family, the Johnson family, Rev. Sarah Ferguson and Family, Doris Bridgewater and Family, Lovely Bay Development Association, Morning Star Baptist Association, the Lovely Bay, Major’s Cay and Chester’s communities, the Hillside Missionary Baptist Church family and other Relatives and Friends too numerous to mention.
Viewing will be held at #41 Clarke’s Funeral Home, Tonique Williams-Darling Highway on Friday, October 24th from 10:00am to 5:30pm and on Saturday from 9:00am at the church until service time.
