Funeral Service for Oswald Allan Boyd Darville, age 65 years, of Village Road, will be held at Holy Cross Anglican Church, Highbury Park on Friday October 24th, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be the Canon Norman Lightbourne. Cremation will follow.
Left to cherish his memories are his son: Jason Groucott; his daughter: Lisa Gable; grandchildren: Evan, Ethan and Elizabeth Groucott and Lindsay and Christopher Gable; brothers: Howard, Dirk and Stephen Darville; sisters: Elaine Darville and Deborah Hall; uncles: Randolph Knowles, Leon Cartwright and Collin Darville; aunts: Angela Treco, Ruth Burrows, Muriel Knowles, Carolyn Knowles, Louise Cartwright, Maitland Jones and Miriam Knowles; daughter-in-law: Laura Lee Groucott; son-in-law: Tom Gable; brothers-in-law: Roscoe Darville and Charles Hall; sister-in-law: Mary Darville; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends including his companion and caretaker: April and her son Keith Cash.
Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets on Thursday October 23rd, 2014 from 12:00 noon to 4:30 p.m. and at the church on Friday October 24th, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
