Death Notice for Aleksander Stein, former Academic and Retired Certified Financial Analyst, age 66 years, a resident of San Clemente, California, formerly of Skyline Heights, died at his home in Nassau, Bahamas, Monday September 15th, 2014.
Alek was born in Lodsz, Poland and raised in Toronto, Canada where he received his undergraduate degree in English Literature and his subsequent degrees in Business and English Literature at University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario.
He is survived by his wife: Martha Stein; his children: Laura, Jared and Andre and his niece Alexis; close friends throughout the Bahamas, United States, Canada and Europe.
Alek will be cremated and his life celebrated in a small private ceremony when his close family is able to assemble in the Bahamas.
