Funeral service for
Geneva Dames, 94
a resident of #18 Excellence Estates #2 & formerly of Rolle Town, Exuma, will be held at Zion South Beach Baptist Church, Zion Blvd., on Friday 20th February, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Bishop B. Wenith Davis, assisted by other Ministers. Interment follows in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen & Spikenard Roads.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter: Willamae Rolle; grandson: Michael Rolle; 2 adopted sons: Chris & John Miller; adopted daughter-in-law: Donnamae Miller; 3 adopted grand daughters: Merkalene, Kadijah & Johnishka Miller; sisters: Rosemary (Mamie) Sunders & Stella Major; brothers-in-law: Ranford (Ray) Saunders, Percy Strachan & Leonard Dames; sisters-in-law: Ada Johnson, Zillah Rolle & Dolly Saunders; numerous nieces including: Barbara Burrows, Brenda Saunders, Ronnie Demeritte, Laverne Culmer, Maxine Minns, Eula Nixon, Beverly Lightbourne, Sharon Collie, Olga Rolle, Clarisse Rolle, Dorothy Swann, Denise Sands, Krimild Saunders, Farrah Deveaux Isaacs, Dr. Nina Graham, Valderine Watkins, Christine Robinson, Sandra Smith, Monique Vanderpool & Cheryl Bazard; nephews: Leon, Hubert, Eric, Austin, Livingstone Jr., Bernard, Howard, Cephas & Alfred Rolle, Marcellus Saunders, Henry, Kenneth, Lawrence Jr., Leroy & Jeffrey Major; Godchildren: Ruth Hamilton, Betty Hepburn, Michael Cooper & Rudolph Rolle; numerous relatives & friends including: Bishop B. Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street from 10-6:00 p.m. on Thursday & on Friday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
