Funeral Service for MR. LEROY ALFRED GLASS SR. Age 92 years of Derby Road, Yellow Elder, and formerly of George Town, Exuma will be held on Sunday, July 12th, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Grants Town Seventh Day Adventist Church, Wellington Street, Nassau. Officiating will be Pastor Barrington Brennen assisted by other Ministers. Interment will be made in Old Trail, Old Trail Road.
Fond, loving and nostalgic memories will forever be cherished by his loving wife, Rosetta, Children: (Alfred, Sybil predeceased him), Joseph (Emily), Sheila predeceased him), Althea, Violet, Leroy II (Crecola), Wilfred (Gezelle), David (Mary predeceased him), Virginia (Richard) Bowe and Mitch; his Adopted Children: Cheryl Pinder and Deborah Pratt; Grand children: Darin (Elizabeth), Brady, Karen (Gabriel) Johnson, Portia (Ersley II) Johnson, (Joseph Jr. predeceased him), Tiffany, Kathryn (Ramon) Gibson, Dr. Donald Glass II (Lola), Denver, Ashva (Theresa) Kemp, Dr. Sharmane (Byron) Miller, Lanet (Wayde) Rolle, LeeVant (Amanda), Shannell predeceased him), LaVaren (Letitia), Carvyann (Chino) Ross, Cherylann, William, Geleesa, Yolanda, Jonel and Joel twelve (12) adopted Grandchildren, numerous Great-Grandchildren, including: nine (9) adopted ones; two (2) Brothers-in-law: Prince and Hannibal Saunders; Other Relatives and Friends, including, the Saunders family, Olga Higgs, Rev’d Dr. Saunders, Daniel, Alfred and Amos Saunders, Gloria (Arthur) Dorsett, Shirleymae (Edward) Brown, Naomi (Sidney) Major, Sylvia (Levi) Charlton, Jenny Charlton, Brenda Saunders and MaryAnn (Anthony) Wilson; Peggy & Bentley Hall and family, Ellas Rolle and family, Daniel Penn and family, the Dames family, especially Leonard Skeeter, The Rt.
