Funeral Service for the Late Westmore Joseph Mortimer, aged 61 years of Rockford, Illinois and formerly of South Beach Estates, will be held on Friday July 24th, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Baptist Bible Church, Soldier Road & Old Trail Road. Pastor Howard Mills will officiate. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums, John F. Kennedy Drive & Gladstone Road.
