Lance Forbes Mott age 17 years of Springfield Road, Fox Hill died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Sunday, May 24th, 2015.
He is survived by his mother: Joanne Forbes-Mott; sisters: Olivia, Rissa, Trica, and Jennie Mott; brothers: Orville Mott, Austin Mott, Fredrick Williams; Orville II, Jerrad Mott; grandparents: Cyril Gibson and Patricia Forbes and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
