State-Recognized Funeral Service for the Late Mizpah Tertullien, Former Senator, 85 years of Blue Hill Estates, and formerly of Ragged Island, will be held on Friday May 29th, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Hill Street. Monsignor Preston Moss will officiate. Interment will follow in the Catholic Cemetery, Infant View Road.

Mizpah is predeceased by her Husband, Egbert; her brother, Rudy and sister, Cindy.
Mizpah will be warmly missed and cherished by her family members who include: Adopted Daughter: Alice Tertullien of New York; Sisters- in- law: Bernice and Muriel Tertullien of Surinam; Brothers-in-law: Hans Odendahl and Franklyn S.M. The body of Former Senator, Mizpah Tertullien, will lie in State in the foyer of the Senate, on Thursday May 28th, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.
