Funeral Service for Mrs. Ruth Mavis Deveaux, age 82 years, a resident of #728 East Street and formerly of Kemps Bay, South Andros, will be held on Sunday November 22nd 2015, 11:00 a.m., at Grant Town Seventh Day Adventist Church, Wellington Street. Officiating will be Pastor Leslie V. McMillan, Assisted by Pastor Barrington Brennen, Pastor Eric D. Clarke, Pastor Leonard Johnson, Pastor Paul Scavella and other Elders. Interment will be made in Woodlawn Gardens, Woodlawn Way.
Left to cherish memories of Mavis’ love are her: Six (6) Children: Rae and Jackie Deveaux, Kenny and Darlene Deveaux, Scharlene and Leroy Thompson. Six (6) Grandchildren: Rachad, Rashea and Rae Deveaux Jr., Kenny Jr. and Danielle Deveaux, Scharlee Thompson. Two (2) Adopted Grandchildren: Kaelecia and Kirkwood Thompson. Eight (8) Siblings: Vernon Ash, Elsaida Deveaux, Vanda and Charles Morris, Winston and Estherlean Ash, Langton and Heather Gay, Robert and Christiana Ash, Donna Ash and Leroy Forbes. One (1) Goddaughter: Joycelyn Moxey.
