Funeral Service for the Late Eugene “Erskin” Gibson, aged 94 years of Wemyss’ Bight, Eleuthera and formerly of Deep Creek, will be held on Saturday October 24th, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Jehovah’s Witnesses Assembly Hall, Edmond Street off Dolphin Drive. Brother Stephen Galanis will officiate. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums, John F. Kennedy Drive & Gladstone Road.
He is survived by his dearest wife: Rebecca Betty Gibson; Children: Kenneth (Derry), Solomon (Sophia), Juan Trevor (Sheena), Keith Gibson, Marina Stubbs, Jeannie Gibson, Mary King (Hilgrove), Michelle Leary (Cloyd); Sisters: Maud Gibson, Winifred Kemp and Corrine Thompson (Cecil); In-Laws: Sylvia Gibson, Magnola Rolle, Maude Mckinney, Edris Moncur, Debbie Gibson and Wellington Rolle; Other relatives and friends: Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a great multitude of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. The entire community of Eleuthera especially Deep Creek, Rock Sound and Wemyss’ Bight. Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians, #44 Nassau Street, on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the Hall from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
