Funeral service for Deaconess Cleomie Russell Saunders, 77 yrs., a resident of Palmetto Ave. & formerly of Mastic Point, Andros, will be held at Bethel Baptist Church, Meeting Street, on Saturday 19th September, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. John & Elfreda Symonette, assisted by other Ministers. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive.
Predeceased by her husband Hervis Saunders & son, Bullahmo Colebrooke; Left to cherish her memories are her 3 sons and their spouse: Jeffery and Bernadette Colebrooke, Lynden and Garffinelle Saunders; 3 daughters and their spouses: Monique and Cordell Delancey Jr., Ruby Russell and Derek Morris, Starretta and Leon Robinson. Two Adopted children: Carol Bonaby and Eunamae. Four sisters: Ruth Ward, Sarah Russell Cox, Marvis Gaitor and Beatrice Russell. 33 grandchildren and their Spouses: Flame and Eugen Thompson, Cashmere, Stardell, Amadaze, Christopher, Angel, Jamine, Stephon, Rohann, Josiah and Asia Colebrooke. Lavara, Jeffery Jr. (deceased), Jafame, Javontae, Jacelle, Jaliyah Colebrooke, and Jeffette and Collison Ingraham, Dormanique and Shavano Morely, Daynell and Deanza Brennen, and Deangela Delancey, Candasey Lightbourn, Nadia and Gonzalo Brancaccio, Deranique and Derek Morris. Lyntoria and Thomas Bastian, and Lynden Saunders Jr., Sedricka, Alvin, Darnell, Leon, Leandra and Travis. Ganito Saunders, Tericko, Carranique, Sirray, Sirniyah, Sirniique, Lisa and Latoya. 26 Great Grand Children, 14 nieces: Dornell and Wendy Russell, Denis Strachan, Michelle Nesbitt, Rochelle Thompson, Carlann Saunders, Shiley Mae Francis, Vernita and Sam Hinsely, Makell and Shervin Wilkinson, Sandra Mott, Sanita, Kerlean Darville, Lafera Gaitor and Latera Gaitor. 9 nephews: Burton Brown, Dave, Gray and Derek Russell, Michael Colebrooke, Deghory Allen, Cassius, Aaron and Ed Gaitor. 6 Brothers In law: Reginald Jr, Doral Henson, Lawrence, Willard, Larry and Andyrae Saunders.

Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, market Street, from 12-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday from 9-1:00 p.m. & at the church from 2:00 p.m. until service time.
