Funeral Service for Mr. Whylly Lincoln Smith, age 43 years, of Kemp Road, will be held on Friday, September 18th, 2015, 11:00 a.m., at Church Of Christ, Highbury Park. Officiating will be Pastor Andrew Major. Interment will be made in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
