Funeral Service for Annie Eloise Smith age 59 of Simms, Long Island will be held on Saturday September 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Beulah Union Baptist Church, Simms, Long Island. Officiating will be Rev. Alvin Gray assisted by Rev. Dr. Joseph A. Knowles. Interment will follow in The Church’s Cemetery.

Viewing will be held at the Church in Simms, Long Island on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday.
