Funeral Service for the late Minister Curlena Alvilda Nairn nee Bethel, aged 64 years of #22 Meadows Blvd., and formerly of Burnt Ground, Long Island, will be held on Saturday, 17th December, 2016, 10:00 a.m. at Abundant Life Bible Church, Abundant Life Road. Pastor Cranston Knowles assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel will officiate. Interment will follow in the Western Cemetery, Nassau Street.
Thankful for her life and love are her sons: Gowon Nairn, Kedron Nairn, Franklyn Nairn II; daughters: Le’Shann Knight and Bianca Jarantow; sons-in-law: Davon Knight and Brian Jarantow; daughters-in-law: Royanda Nairn and Janesta Nairn; grandchildren: Justice White; Jenesis, Kedron Jr., Gianne and Grayson Nairn, Austen Jarantow; brothers: Berchenal Bethel and Cecil Bethel sisters: Albertha Pratt, Joycelyn Knowles and Kharen Slemon; brothers-in-law: Locksley Knowles; William Bethel; Carl Nairn and Allan Nairn; sisters-in-law: Ada Miller, Katherine Nairn, Linda Nairn, Eucharia Nairn and Cleo Grant; aunts: Rosanna Adderley and Lillis Pennerman; and a host of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to all of her caregivers: Thelma McDonald, Evon Davis, Jennifer Haven, St Joseph’s Elder Care Center. The Ministry of Education to whom she gave 31 years, The Bahamas Neurological Center and The Bahamas Heart Center.
Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians #34 Nassau Street, on Friday from 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
