Celebration of Life for the Late David Addison Blake III, aged 71 years of #11 Hamilton Road, Mount Pleasant Village and formerly of Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.A., will be held on Friday, 16th December, 2016, 4:00 p.m. at St. Anne’s School Auditorium, Fox Hill. Rev’d Robert Blake assisted by Rev. Cleveland A. Mitchell will officiate. Pre-cremation.
