Funeral Service for Franklyn Edmund Sands, age 68 years of Joe Farrington Road, will be held on Friday December 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Temple Fellowship, Davis Street. Officiating will be Bishop Kirkwood Murphy assisted by Pastor Kevin Grant. Cremation will follow.
