Mr. Hubert Hewell Scavella, age 97 years a resident of #8 Hibiscus Lane, Malcolm Allotment and formerly of Cripple Hill, Crooked Island, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday, December 26th, 2016.
He is survived by his daughter: Halcie; seven sons: Edeisel Sr, Huelington (Oscar), Hubert Jr, Glenville, David, Joseph and Norman Scavella; thirty-five grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren; one brother-in-law: Solomon Johnson; three sisters-in-law: Eliza Ferguson, Mary Pratt and Leotha Johnson; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
