Funeral service for the late Kenneth James Sands aged 73 years of Nassau Village and formerly of Green Castle, Eleuthera, who died on 4th February, 2016, will be held on Saturday 20th February, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at Pentecostal Baptist Church, Nassau Village. Officiating will be Pastor Felton C. Rolle, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Cremation will follow. Left to cherish his loving memories; His Father: Charles Sands; His Wife: Blanche Sands; Five Children: Beverley Sands-Johnson, Kenneth Jr., Kirk , Kendall and Claudette Sands; One Stepson: Christopher Campbell; Eighteen Grandchildren: Calvin Rolle, Donald Nottage, Deandra, Kevin, Crystal, Roshante, Valentino, Godfrey, Alexander, Ashante and Ashad Sands, Adrianna Bowe, Tevin and Deante Fernander, Charlesa and Shantia Johnson; Five Great Grandchildren; Five Brothers: Gregory, Derick, James, Charles and Fr. Kirkly Sands; Seven Sisters: Agnes Burrows, Thelma and Henrietta Thompson, Bridget Ward, Adrella and Jasmine Sands; Three Aunts: Inez Butler, Winifred and Zlifa Sands; Two Aunts-in-law: Rosie Dean and Maryann Thompson; One Son-in-law: Godfrey Johnson; One Grand Son-in-law: Robert Humes; Sisters-in-law: Jasmine, Celpha, Claudia and Mavis Sands, Rosetta, Janice, Nurse Rose Saunders, Rose and Zilpha Campbell; Brothers-in-law: Prescott Burrows, James Campbell of Freeport, Cedric, Sammy, Glen, Ellis Campbell, Dan Thompson and Troy Ward; God Daughter: Donica Thurston-Pickstock; Numerous Nieces and Nephews including: Philip Burrows and Family; Special Family and Friends including: Terrence Stubbs and Family, Inspector Craig and Hilda Gaitor and Family, Carlos Evans and Family, Mr. & Mrs. Clare and Family, Prince and Deborah Bethel, Te and Lyndia, The Williams Family, The Sands Family, The Taylor, Gaitor, Dean, Burrows Families, Knowles Welding, Anglo Dean and Family, The Bishop Street Nassau Village Crew, Kirklyn Thompson and Family, Pentecostal Baptist Church Family, Travis and Family, Natalie Beneby and Family, The Staff of the Dune, Neil Andrews II, The Nottage Family, Wendal Clarke and Family. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street off Market and East Streets, on Friday from10:00 a.m., until 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m., until service time.
