Mrs. Lorrene Louise Higgs, 88
a resident of #26 Current Road, Yamacraw Estates & formerly of Simm's, Long Island will be held at Transfiguration Baptist Church, Market & Vesey Streets, on Saturday 27th February, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Stephen E. Thompson, assisted by Rev. Colyn Thompson & Rev. Dr. Anthony Higgs. Interment follows in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
She is survived by her loving daughter: Donna Higgs; Sons: Ricardo, Derek, Christopher Sr. (Lavaughn), Rev. Dr. Anthony (Symonetta), Godfrey (Remise), Roger (Inell), Wenzel, Frederick, Cedric, Sidney (Barbara), Ivan (Linda) and Arthur (Melanie) Higgs. Adopted daughters: Sandra Kemp, Janet Newbold and Rose Rahming.
