Funeral Service for the late JACOB ALPHONSO WOODSIDE affectionately called ‘JAY” and “CHEWY” age 31 years of Azara Court will be held on Saturday, January 23rd, 2016 at 11:00 am at Christ Community Church, Bellot Road. Officiating will be Dr. Deanza Cunningham. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.

There will be no public viewing on Friday, but the Book of Condolences will be available for signing from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Viewing will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:30 am until service time.
