He is survived by his children: Royann, Synteshna, Roynell, Rynesha, Krystal, Ricardo Munroe and Shanti Delancy; brothers: Ricard Higgs and Prince Moxey; sisters: Valarie and Margaret Williams, Maria, Dianna and Renee Munroe; uncle: Cyril Johnson; one grand aunt: Louise Edgecombe, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
