James Whitney Pennerman age 74 years, Resident of Pastel Gardens, South Beach, will be held on Saturday October 22nd 2016, at 10 am, at New Lively Hope Baptist Church, Jerome Avenue & Chesapeake Road, officiating Rev. Dr. A. Shelton Higgs, assisted by other ministers of the gospel, organists Bro. Heanon Gibson & Dec. John Clarke, Interment will follow in Western Cemetery, Nassau Street.
