Retired Chief Inspector Penuel Javan Dean age 87 years of #18 Flamingo Drive, Sunset Park died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Friday, October 21st, 2016.
He is survived by his Sons: Kevin, Andre, Dwight, Jared and Brister Dean; Daughters: Karen St. Cyr, Naomi Grant and Glyde Melceroe Dean; Sisters: Glyde Dean-Gardiner and Ethel Brown and other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
