Funeral service for the late Blooming Hepburn age 68 years of Lakeshore Road, Big Pond Subdivision, and formerly of Orange Creek, Cat Island, who died on 19th November, 2017, will be held on Friday, 8th December, 2017, at 1:00 p.m., at Holy Cross Anglican Church, Soldier Road. Officiating will be The Rev’d Canon Norman D. Lightbourne, Rector. Interment will follow in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen & Spikenard Roads. Left to cherish her precious memories are her Son: Harold Hepburn; Two Sisters: Virginia and Eliza Hepburn; Fifteen Nieces: Catherine (Laura) Pinder, Deborah Smith, Kathelin Daxon, Christina Hepburn-Adderley, Naomi, Williamae, Olgamae, Lillian, Idamae, Agnes, Evenmae, Coralmae, Denise, Emma and Vera Ann Moss; Eleven Nephews: Charles Moss, Reuben Johnson, Alworth Rolle, Daniel, Rupert, Brandell, Pembrook, Joe, Flowers and Nathaniel Stubbs; Three Grandchildren: Abigail, Helena and Joshua; Two Great Grandchildren: Jonathan and Akeelah; Daughter-in-law: Corallee Hepburn; Numerous grandnieces and nephews, a host of other relatives and friends especially; The Williams family, the Dean family, the Pratt family, the Community of Orange Creek, Cat Island, the Staff of the Female Medical Ward of the Princess Margaret Hospital and the Community of Big Pond Subdivision. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Funeral Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street, off Market and East Streets (TODAY) Thursday, 7th December, 2017, and at the church on Friday from 12:00 noon until service time.
