Funeral Service for the late VELLORA SWEETING age 69 years of #48 East Avenue, Millers Heights will be held on Saturday, December 9th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gregory’s Anglican Church, Carmichael Road. Officiating will be Reverend Canon S. Sebastian Campbell assisted by Reverend Father Addison Turnquest and Reverend Father Richard Wood. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
Cherished memories are left with her husband: Arthur Sweeting; sons: Kevin and Darin Sweeting; daughter: Sharlene Sweeting; step-daughter: Sandra Stubbs; daughters-in-law: Monique and Desiree Sweeting; grandchildren: Walton, Benjamin, Michael, Darinesh, Taelor Dacoy, Seth, Emma, and Jeffrenique; sisters: Iris Thorbourne of Jamaica, Keziah (Mercy) Morris of Boston, Monica Miller of Jamaica; brother: Ernel Brown of Jamaica; sisters-in-law Evonne Rigby of Grand Bahama, Albertha Fields of New York and Ruthmae Sweeting; brothers-in-law: Ralford Morris of Boston, Kenneth Sweeting, Garnett Sweeting, Theodore (Teddy) Fields of New York and Rudolf Rigby of Grand Bahama, numerous nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends including: Joseph and Maureen Symonette and family, Audrey Dorsett and family, Clara Morgan and family, Edna Barrow and family, Sheryl Curry and family, the Sears family, Clarinda Saunders and family, the Nairn family, Ivaly Brown and family, Mavis Edgecombe-Tinker and family, Albert Bowe and family, Burntel Andrews and family, Althea Ferguson and family, Delores Green and family, Daveanne and family, Joy Dean and family and the St. Gregory’s Church family.
Viewing will be held in the Celestial Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Road on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until service time.
