Funeral service for
Ernest Levi Mackey, 85
a resident of Dunmore Street & formerly of The Bluff, Cat Island, will be held at Gospel Light Baptist Church, Cowpen Road, West, on Saturday 28th January, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Perry R. Cunningham, assisted by Minister Thurman Johnson. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive.
He will always be cherished and remembered by Three daughters: Donna Bethel of Freeport, Grand Bahama, Lonna and Sandra Mackey; Five sons: Bernard Hanna of Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama, Anthony Wilmore, Henry Williamson of Freeport Grand Bahama, Nelson Mackey of Chattanooga Tennesee and Tony Mackey Sr.; Three daughters-in-law: Rose Hanna of Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama, Valarie Mackey of Chattanooga Tennesee and Ursula Mackey; One son-in-law: Craig Bethel of Freeport Grand Bahama; One sister: Gwendolyn King; Grandchildren: Marvin (Shantel) and Coach Henry Rolle of Alburn, Rosetta Parker, Clarissa Robinson (Simeon), Raymond and Leon Grant, Bernard Jr. (Bridgette), Dwight, Shavania, Jeremy, Sergio, Shavette and Sharvargo Hanna, Lorenzo, Tonyshka, Tonyque, Tony Jr., Tonaz, Jarred, Kiki, and Simeon Mackey, Celeste Rose, Santhon and Anae Bastian, Henry Jr., Henrie, Henrenik, Nakada, Christopher, Darius and Branequa Williamson; Nieces: Syeria, Sherry, Sonia and Sophia Wilmore, Sandra Thomson, Stephanie Mackey, Shane Neely-Smith, Norma Rolle and Estancia Rolle, Christina Lowe, Joy Thurston, Juliet Walkes, Sarah Pennerman, Lolisa, Lorrie and Linda Miller; Nephews: Stephen, Stanley and Shilton Wilmore, Larry Miller, Christopher and Tyrone Walkes, Alcott Rolle, Keith Pennerman, Alistar Lowe; a host of other relatives, family and friends including: Tamara Pinder, Willacie Mitchel and Family, Rev.
