of Soldier Road and formerly of Hard Hill, Acklins died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Saturday, July 1, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Mazel Deveaux; children, Lisa, Morcia, Maria, Sharmaine, Jenald Jr. and Dwayne Deveaux; brother, King David Deveaux; grandchildren, Ebonique Pitts, Latario Dean, Antione Deveaux, Kayria Johnson, Laron Dean and Madyson Curry; great-grandchildren, Kailand Dames and Jamaal Deveaux and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announce at a later date.
