Memorial Service for Kipling Cedric Lightbourn, age 37 years of Rupert Dean Lean, will be held on Saturday March 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Olive Baptist Church, Meadow Street. Officiating will be Rev. C.B. Moss.
